In the first quarter of 2021, Europe witnessed the fascinating performance of its top five Pair Puzzle applications. Data provided by Sensor Tower offers a glimpse into the trends that shaped the start of the year for these engaging games.

HIGGS TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED saw its app, Tile Connect - Classic Match, begin the quarter with a strong downloads trend, peaking at over 500K in the first week of January before gradually decreasing to around 328K by the end of March. The weekly active users (WAUs) followed a similar pattern, starting at nearly 1M and slightly declining to just under 1M in the same period. Revenue for the app showed a steady increase from $3.7K to over $5K weekly, hitting its peak in mid-February.

Lion Studios Plus, the publisher behind Match 3D, enjoyed a steady revenue growth with figures climbing from $69K to $93K in early March before stabilizing around $84K. Downloads showed a declining trend from 537K to 207K, while WAUs decreased from 1.7M to 1.5M.

Another title from HIGGS TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, Tile Master - Classic Match, had its revenue oscillating between $4.2K and $5.7K throughout the quarter. Downloads saw a decrease from 575K to 296K, yet WAUs remained relatively stable, hovering around 2.7M to 2.8M by quarter's end.

JY Games' Road Draw!!! experienced a varied downloads trend, starting at nearly 119K, dipping to 63K in mid-January, and then reaching a peak of over 157K by the end of March. Despite not generating revenue, the app's WAUs showed growth from 162K to nearly 196K.

Lastly, Onnect – Pair Matching Puzzle by Zynga Inc. saw its revenue remain steady around the $2K to $2.5K mark, while downloads declined from 137K to 81K. The app's WAUs experienced a dip from 1.1M to around 870K in early March but recovered to just over 1M by the end of the quarter.
